[COOKING AT HOME] MALAYSIAN RENDANG

Hi foodlovers!

Today I'm showing you my Malaysian Beef Rendang Curry. It takes a while to cook as you want the beef to soften, but it's really simple and definitely worthit!



Ingredients
1. Extra Lean Casserole Steak
2. Potatoes
3. Rendang curry paste
4. Garlic, onions, coriander
5. Salt, pepper and spices to taste
6. Rice

Prepare by chopping garlic and onions to fine pieces, and cutting the steak into suitable size. Marinate steak if preferred. Fry together in pan with hot oil until cooked all over. Add curry paste and hot water to boil and simmer for at least an hour, adding extra water if required. Add chopped potatoes. Cook rice. Add salt, pepper and spices to taste. Once the potatoes are cooked, turn off heat and dress with coriander.

I've made this 2-3 times now and each time I've changed small things to experiment and make it taste better. Any ideas for improvement feel free to let me know!
